i-Layer have been providing consultancy and support to businesses in London since 1995. Originally Oceanwave Digital, our founding and senior staff are drawn from enterprise networking and service environments. Through this accumulated knowledge and our chosen technology providers, we specialise in providing high quality IT support solutions, standards and services to small and medium sized businesses in London.

By forming long-term relationships with our clients we provide them with a more thorough service for a lower cost than they can provide for themselves, or achieve elsewhere. We deliver fast response times, problem ownership and high quality advice and service to our clients.

Assist

Over the years our support operation - i-Layer Assist - has developed a comprehensive suite of client services and systems aimed at minimizing down-time and maximizing cost efficiency for our clients; from seamless remote desktop support to software and warranty license management, start of day server checking to scheduled quarterly systems maintenance, our services fully manage and maintain your IT investment.

i-Layer Assist is divided into two entities to best reflect the services we have to offer and the way in which they are delivered. We have a dedicated subsidiary in South Africa providing our help desk, remote systems support and monitoring, this compliments our London office which is responsible for client management and maintenance, consulting and on-site support services.
